From the basic sausages and burgers to steaks, langoustines or even the latest attraction – a spectacular hog roast. Meats can be marinated in calvados, wine, port, etc and spiced with mixed herbs, garlic, rosemary, thyme..............it’s up to you. Carved, served into hot trays and presented for individual portions as you wish, accompanied with rolls and salads.
